When will it be shipped?

In most cases we have the products in stock in our own warehouse and your product will be shipped within one to three (working) days (with Premium Shipment). Of course, it can always happen that things go differently, we will make sure you receive a message about this. For the fastest delivery, choose Premium Shipment!

Is it delivered from your own warehouse?

Yes, definitely! We use our own warehouse and the logistics warehouse of our shipping partner (in Amsterdam the store and Rotterdam the warehouse, we also have a warehouse in Germany, Spain and Italy). This way we make sure that the products are with you super fast!

Do you have free shipping?

Yes, we currently have a promotion with Free Shipping. Standard shipping is free from €100. In most cases shipping is completely free.

How is your service?

From experience we know that not every Grow Supplier has a good service as a priority, that's why we do! Just give us a call or send us a message via the "Need help?"- button.

Do you have the best price?

Yes, definitely! We provide the best prices online so you don't have to look any further. If you find it cheaper somewhere else, let us know and we will adjust the prices and you will receive an extra €4.20 discount. (conditions apply)
